"Two Rivers" Bordeaux Style Red Wine ~ Oregon/Washington 2007
35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 27 % Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec, 2% Petite Verdot. 60% Rogue Valley, 40% Red Mountain. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and further 15 months bottle age before release. By combining fruit from both appellations, this wine is rich, vibrant and uniquely Northwest. Aromas of cassias, plum are offset with notes of tar, chocolate and fig.
