About Sungari
Sungari's has been known as Portland's Premiere Chinese Restaurant for the last ten years. Sungari
Restaurant was launched in Spring 2000 with the philosophy to prepare each dish with the finest
ingredients paired with greatest attention to details. Sungari has always offered enhanced menu
offerings with marvelous presentation, excellent service and wonderful dining atmosphere; but
still we have found ways to improve and exceed.After being closed for 12 business days, with what we believe that fastest turn-around in restaurant remodeling history. Sungari has re-opened presenting you with Sungari's Dragonwell! A whole new look, but same great food. Our restaurant is still under same ownership and the kitchen is still run by our head chef of 8 years. Already offering an intensive traditional Chinese menu we've added other Asian additions to spice things up even more! Sungari's is no longer "just" a Chinese restaurant, Sungari's DragonWell is a true Asian Bistro. Other than a last name to the original name, a whole new layout and entrance on Yamhill new additions you will find are: A full bar placed in the center of the restaurant, extended hours, happy hour, sushi and monthly special of fushion dishes where East meets West.
